This wasn't one of my best training weeks...but since you asked:
Monday: Ran 5.2 miles in the am and then did a 45 min spinning class at night
Tuesday: Ran 3 miles
Wednesday: Ran 4.6 miles in the am then did a 45 min spinning class at night
Thursday: Did a run/walk of 4.6 miles, probably walked more than ran
Friday: Did a 50 min spinning class followed by weights
Saturday: Shampooed carpets, toted fallen trees, carried furniture, rowed a boat, rode a bike....MOST EXHAUSTING DAY OF ALL
Sunday: Ate chocolate chip cookies!!!!
Hopefully, this week will be filled with more variety in cross training....and lots of hugs and kisses from my grandbabies.

Training: Hooli's June 19 Week
Hi, this is Hooli. I'm the oldest kid and the only sister (thank goodness for sisters-in-law). I'm a mom of two rowdy boys so my training schedule has had to fit around raising them. More accurately, I run when I'm not running them. Here's what I did this week:
Sunday: 6 miles, gravel road, rolling hills, beat my first 3-mile pace with my second 3-mile pace. (I'll try to post pictures of this run later on because it is truly amazing views.) I was trying out some new music and am pleased with the new playlist.
Monday: 60 minutes of intense cardio/weightlifting at the gym.
Tuesday: 5 miles, on the treadmill while I wait for my oldest to get done with karate. Kept treadmill at a slight incline and maintained a 9 minute mile pace or better.
Wednesday: 60 minutes spin class and 9 holes of golf.
Thursday: 9 holes of golf (walked the course). I should have run 4 miles but my kids had stomach aches.
Friday: 60 minutes of Boot Camp including steep hill sprints and 9 holes of golf. (This was at 5:30 in the morning, which is ungodly.)
Saturday: REST. By rest I mean that I'll be hauling over 100 pounds of chairs, tents, sleeping bags, and swim gear to a swim meet, and standing for about 8 hours as a volunteer timer.
Hope your week's training was GREAT. What did you do?

Not Likely
So, we haven't even run the relay yet. In fact, I suspect some of us haven't run more than 10 miles in a day. That's why I find it funny that Ragnar has already pinged all of us with a special invitation to run the ninth annual Ragnar Relay Wasatch Back June 15 - 16, 2012.
Merely on the basis that we are planning to run a Ragnar Relay in 2011.
PS -- They consider this an exclusive, VIP offer. I'm laughing inside.

Here In Lies the Problem
The site says...
What you will need to have a good Ragnar
- 12 Runners (6 runners for an Ultra team)
- 2 vans
- An average team pace around 11 minute miles (we have tools to help with this)
- The ability to provide three volunteers if you live within 100 miles of the race.
Here's what WE have:
- 9 Family members ("runners" might be a stretch)
But we are determined to run 195 miles, party in our vans, and return to Las Vegas with a vengeance! Visit this blog to hear about all our "runners", follow our training progress, and maybe even loan us gear and good cheer.
